📋 Description

• Conduct initial remote conversations with prospects from psychotherapy practices and understand their specific needs • Conduct product demonstrations and present the patient management and telephone service solutions • Prepare proposals, answer questions, and guide prospects through to a decision • Support new customers in setting up their free trial • Onboard new customers during their first three months and support successful use in their day-to-day practice operations • Support customers from the initial conversation through contract signing and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction • Excellent spoken and written German, ideally at native-speaker level • Convincing and concise presentation skills in video calls • Interest in analyzing and optimizing workflows • Clear communication and active listening skills • Strong frustration tolerance and resilience • Basic interest in IT and software • Affinity for the field of psychotherapy • Basic knowledge of MS Office • Initial experience in sales or a comparable role is an advantage
