📋 Description

• Provide white glove service to brands investing in influencer marketing campaigns • Drive influencer recruitment, manage influencer partnerships, and own campaign deliverables, tracking, and reporting • Analyze campaign performance, identify successes and challenges, and implement strategic optimization measures • Source partnership opportunities and create influencer casting lists • Vet influencers for brand alignment, authenticity, and relevancy • Conduct outreach, negotiate participation, and support influencer onboarding • Craft influencer communications and creator resources • Guide influencers on content strategy and creation, manage timelines, collect drafts, and lead content review • Audit program content for FTC and brand-guideline compliance • Track and report campaign performance, placement insights, partner insights, and KPI progress • Analyze social analytics and conversion metrics and provide data-backed recommendations • Support customized strategy plans, campaign performance summaries, and client presentations • Provide client service, escalate risks, and build client relationships • Manage multiple client campaigns, tasks, deadlines, scopes of work, and growth opportunities • Collaborate with managers and peers to maximize program effectiveness and create growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German • 2+ years working for an influencer marketing agency and experience executing influencer campaigns and managing both client and influencer relationships • Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies • Excellent at communicating, presenting and approval from clients on new campaign strategies and initiatives • Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing • Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to travel up to 15% • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc. • Tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) experience preferred, not required • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) experience preferred, not required
