📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for ODION—from the initial conversation and system demo through to the right proposal • Acquire new customers and projects for the Odoo ERP system • Follow up on new leads and maintain existing contacts • Organize initial introductory meetings • Present the system in online demos • Arrange on-site workshops • Analyze prospects’ requirements and needs • Assess how customer requirements can be implemented • Prepare proposals and present them convincingly to prospects • Work as part of a five-person Marketing and Sales team • Gradually take on responsibility for your own customers and prospects after a structured onboarding process • Work according to Scrum and participate in regular team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Practical sales experience, ideally in IT sales • Technical understanding and strong consulting skills • Excellent organizational skills and a commercially minded approach • Strong service orientation • Excellent communication skills and team spirit • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is desirable but not required • Willingness to collaborate cooperatively, professionally, and with a solution-oriented approach
