📋 Description

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog • Ensure work items are clear, prioritized, and ready for development • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep delivery on track • Investigate business requests, player behavior, and product performance • Identify opportunities to improve user experience • Validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions • Investigate product issues, evaluate trade-offs, and propose recommendations • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders • Gather and clarify requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Work with QA to ensure features meet business requirements and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product roles within the iGaming industry • Solid experience working with Agile development teams • Ability to investigate problems and understand underlying causes • Ability to translate ideas and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets • Confident communication and proactive cross-team collaboration • Ownership mindset and ability to suggest improved solutions • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product-delivery tools • Resume must be submitted in English • Nice to have: experience with FullStory, BI dashboards, or other product analytics tools • Nice to have: exposure to A/B testing or experimentation • Nice to have: basic understanding of software development processes • Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or similar Agile certification
