📋 Description

• Underwrite Non-QM products, including but not limited to Bank Statement Programs, DSCR, Asset Depletion, Foreign National, and Self-Employment • Main point of contact for Non-QM post close credit pipeline • Maintain an underwriting pipeline of new loans and resubmissions that meet standard service level agreements • Evaluate and examine loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor and internal guidelines to issue loan decisions • Communicate with operations, sales, business partners, maintaining a high level of customer service • Collaborate with the post-closing department on any stipulations for closed files • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience • Experience with Non-QM Post-Close credit and manual underwriting • Excellent communication skills • Encompass LOS experience, a plus • Time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
