📋 Description

• Monitor and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations • Assist in developing, maintaining, and documenting compliance policies and procedures • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and internal assessments • Track regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation of updates • Support licensing, certifications, renewals, and required filings • Investigate potential compliance issues and assist with corrective action plans • Maintain organized compliance records and documentation • Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance awareness and best practices • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory support • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization • Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with compliance tracking systems or GRC tools is a plus
