📋 Description

• Further develop all of LUMITOS’s online marketing activities • Develop compelling campaign concepts • Create high-converting copy for online presentations, email campaigns, and landing pages • Develop forward-looking strategies for market-leading B2B portals • Independently create campaigns to drive sustainable traffic growth • Support dialogue between B2B providers and users • Analyze campaign performance • Prepare meaningful reports and report directly to the Head of Marketing • Brief and coordinate external partners, including graphic designers, web designers, and SEO and SEA agencies • Act as a sparring partner for online marketing colleagues • Actively drive innovation in day-to-day business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing • Proficiency in using a range of online marketing tools, including understanding their impact and performance metrics • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating the success of online campaigns • Strong communication skills • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Proven experience running successful email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Inxmail Professional, or Evalanche • Solid experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo • Experience with web analytics, mouse tracking, and heatmaps • Familiarity with agile working methods and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, OKRs, and Value Proposition Design • Experience running social media campaigns for B2B audiences • Knowledge and practical application of neuromarketing principles • Solid foundational knowledge of SEO and SEA • Proficiency in common marketing tools for image and video editing, as well as Microsoft Office
