📋 Description
• Analizar y gestionar las vacantes captadas por los responsables de contratación. • Identificar y atraer a candidatos cualificados mediante la búsqueda activa. • Difundir las vacantes estratégicamente. • Realizar entrevistas iniciales y preparar CVs. • Coordinar entrevistas y mantener contacto regular con candidatos. • Gestionar procesos de selección utilizando herramientas como Zoho Recruit, Excel y Teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Gestión o áreas relacionadas. • Experiencia en contratación en outsourcing, tanto en ingeniería como en TI. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación. • Organización y autonomía en el trabajo. • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos simultáneamente. • Inglés y español fluidos.
