📋 Description

• Manage and monitor clients’ telecommunications systems and networks to prevent incidents that may cause slowdowns, instability, or outages. • Ensure the continuous availability, security, and integrity of the network. • Manage client networks and analyze data traffic. • Perform low-complexity configurations on routers, switches, antennas, and servers. • Provide customer service and technical support. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing customer service by phone, email, and WhatsApp. • Familiarity with testing and measurement tools (MTR, Ping, tracert, SpeedTest, nslookup, among others), as well as the ability to interpret results for troubleshooting. • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar). • Knowledge of information technology, technology, and telecommunications. • High school education. • Technical education.
