• Develop a deep understanding of internal needs and our customers through research, data analysis and interviews, with a focus on backoffice operations and the ERP ecosystem. • Specify and refine product initiatives related to internal processes, such as subscription payment strategies, user onboarding, and support for the tax team. • Define, prioritize and track product goals focused on operational efficiency, compliance and service quality for both internal and external ERP users. • Serve as the point of contact between involved areas (product, engineering, finance, tax, and support), ensuring clear and fluid communication. • Act as a facilitator to ensure clear communication between the team and stakeholders, minimizing gaps in understanding. • Test and monitor the performance of released features, ensure their adoption, and analyze impact using relevant metrics.
• Experience with ERP-focused products and/or B2B SaaS. • Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle — from conception to launch and post-go-live follow-up. • Genuine interest in understanding and improving internal processes, including payments, user management and tax routines. • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose solutions that balance user experience and operational efficiency. • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams, keeping everyone aligned on product priorities. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and synthesis skills, especially for interactions with non-technical stakeholders. • Proactivity, sense of ownership and autonomy to work in a dynamic environment. • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices. • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP or B2B SaaS. • Knowledge of tax routines (issuing invoices, statutory filings, etc.). • Familiarity with integrations between ERP and external platforms (such as payment gateways, e-commerce platforms or accounting services).
