📋 Description

• Provide strategic, organizational-level workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients across Lyra’s global markets • Identify workforce wellbeing needs and design scalable, clinically sound, commercially viable group-based learning interventions, including workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and campaigns • Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on workplace wellbeing learning and development needs • Assess organisational requirements and recommend group-based interventions aligned with client objectives, workforce needs, and cultural contexts • Translate complex client requirements into practical, deliverable learning solutions • Advise on programme structure, target audiences, learning formats, sequencing, engagement approaches, and implementation considerations • Build consultative relationships with clients, Account Management teams, and internal stakeholders • Participate in client discovery, scoping, and planning discussions • Present recommendations to operational and senior-level stakeholders • Coordinate learning and development programmes across stakeholders, regions, and time zones • Develop project plans, milestones, delivery requirements, and stakeholder responsibilities • Monitor programme progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes • Ensure learning solutions meet Lyra’s quality, clinical, and professional standards • Review learning objectives, programme structures, and supporting materials • Align proposed solutions with client contracts, service hours, and commercial arrangements • Develop scopes, estimates, and programme assumptions • Identify out-of-scope services and support additional commercial proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong consulting and needs-analysis capability • Knowledge of workplace wellbeing, organisational learning, or learning and development • Effective client and stakeholder relationship management • Project and programme management capability • Sound commercial judgement and awareness of operational feasibility • Ability to develop practical, clinically appropriate, client-centred recommendations • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt approaches for different countries, populations, and working environments • Professional judgement, appropriate boundaries, and understanding of the distinction between organisational consultancy and individual clinical care • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-cultural environment • Comfortable occasionally working outside standard local working hours
