📋 Description

• In partnership with Bend’s Customer Success Managers- Health Systems, host regular site visits to health system administrative and clinical leadership to educate on Bend’s care model, review partnership progress and understand clinical concerns • Coordinate trainings for doctors and staff members to promote Bend Health services and established referral workflows • Ensure our referral partners receive accurate and up to date information on our services and referral process to grow and maintain new patient appointments • Resolve clinical issues and problems, deal with complaints, issue escalations as needed • Prepare and present progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics. Communicate effectively with PCPs, pediatricians and other clinical staff to improve partner relationships and increase referrals • Position is remote, including up to 40% travel to client sites

🎯 Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state • Experience with Virtual Careand telepsychiatry platforms, demonstrating comfort and proficiency in remote care settings. • Demonstrated Family Engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. • Commitment to JACHO Standards: Familiarity with JACHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. • 5+ years experience combined clinical practice and managing key health system relationships
