📋 Description

• Own and manage international live, hybrid, and virtual event projects — from initial planning through to successful execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and proactively advise them throughout the entire project lifecycle • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, bringing all stakeholders together efficiently • Use agile and traditional project management methods as required by the project • Maintain oversight of project status, resources, and progress at all times • Assess client requirements for feasibility and develop appropriate solutions within our service portfolio • Identify risks early and initiate suitable measures to ensure project success

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management (ideally in events, trade shows, or conferences) • Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication abilities • Highly organized and able to maintain oversight on complex projects • Proficiency in German and English • Interest in working on international projects • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe • Nice to have: experience in event or conference environments (not required) • Experience with up- and cross-selling
