📋 Description

• Deepen the integration between Claude, Microsoft Dynamics, and Anaplan • Design and build AI agents and workflows to replace manual finance reconciliation work • Own finance transformation solutions end to end • Investigate discrepancies between Dynamics and Anaplan systems • Turn lengthy reconciliation processes into faster automated workflows • Coach the finance team on when to trust AI-driven tools and when not to • Serve as the finance point of contact for system performance issues • Partner with engineering on finance close-process requirements • Maintain data integrity and a single source of truth across the finance stack • Mine and structure data for internal and external audit processes • Follow through on remediation of audit findings

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience deploying Claude or a comparable AI system in a real business context • Experience with prompt design, workflow automation, API integration, and production-ready artefacts • Ideally, experience involving a Microsoft Dynamics-style integration • Technical foundation sufficient to read a data model and a trial balance • Proven ability to apply AI and engineering thinking to complex financial and accounting scenarios • Working knowledge of audit processes in practice • Experience mining and structuring data for internal and external audits • Ability to follow through on remediation of audit findings • Ability to work bilingually across finance and engineering contexts
