📋 Description

• Source acquisition opportunities using MLS, off-market channels, and direct outreach • Conduct preliminary property analysis and filter candidates against investment criteria • Initiate and manage seller communications, draft letters of intent • Build and maintain pro formas for acquisition projects • Structure loan terms with lenders and prepare lender packages • Serve as a coordination point between architects, contractors, and vendors • Support day-to-day rental operations and coordinate vendors • Help design and coordinate community programming for senior residents • Create SOPs, workflows, and playbooks as the portfolio grows

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years across real estate, property management, development, or hospitality • Warm, professional communicator, comfortable interfacing with sellers, residents, vendors, and lenders • Generalist mindset, comfortable with a deal spreadsheet and a community calendar • Self-directed, able to manage workload without close supervision • Interested in building processes, comfortable with ambiguity • Nice to have: Background in senior living, aging services, or community development
