📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, link testing, study invitation setup and delivery, exclusion-list management, and incentive reconciliation • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites through custom recruitment • Coordinate with project assistants to optimize recruitment methodology and available sampling options • Build sampling plans for assigned projects • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other recruitment solutions • Review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team • Ensure projects meet client timelines • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel sample is insufficient • Track, monitor, and report sampling and custom recruitment performance • Use M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability • Address project manager and stakeholder requests promptly • Attend project meetings, clarify specifications and responsibilities, take notes, complete checklists, and share them with attendees • Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews and coordinate client and respondent interactions • Support project managers in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing • Set up Dynamic Audiences according to client specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required • 0–1 year of market research experience • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software • Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rates, and profit • Interest, natural curiosity, or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space • Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with project managers • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Self-motivated and able to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours • Resumes must be submitted in English
