📋 Description

• Serve as a key liaison within the assigned region between global supplier relationship strategies and local operational requirements • Collaborate with the Global Supplier Relationship Manager on operational and tactical support for global supplier relationship initiatives • Support escalations from the Aravo helpdesk and resolve internal and external user challenges • Process requests from clients, internal JLL stakeholders, and suppliers accurately and promptly • Conduct supplier data due diligence reviews and take actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance • Maintain supplier data in Aravo, including contact information, remittance details, compliance status, and payment methods • Initiate and manage Aravo workflows for accurate data mapping across integrated systems • Perform Vendor Management Cleanup activities to streamline the supplier database and optimize vendor relationships • Identify process enhancement opportunities, propose solutions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Sourcing & Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience with exposure to procurement services and practices • Facility management experience highly regarded • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to engage with clients, internal JLL requestors, and suppliers across various levels of seniority • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority deliverables within stringent timelines • Critical thinking and analytical skills for resolving complex, ambiguous problems • Strong attention to detail in data management and revision processes • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing timelines • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team • Flexible, team-player, detail-oriented approach • Relationship-building skills internally and externally • Proficiency in Aravo supplier onboarding software preferred but not required • Proficiency in JD, Jaggaer, and Corrigo preferred but not required • Prior experience in Sourcing and Procurement preferred but not required
