• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendar appointments • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries • Support planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Stay responsive and organized, including during weekends when necessary
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High level of discretion and confidentiality • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Flexible and available to work during weekends as needed
