📋 Description

• Support the attraction and hiring of professionals for different areas of the agency (focus on digital marketing positions); • Participate in profile alignment sessions with hiring managers; • Structure and adapt initial interview scripts according to seniority and area; • Conduct screening interviews by phone or video, evaluating cultural fit, technical fit and current career stage; • Perform professional reference checks when necessary; • Update and organize the candidate pipeline in the system (Quickin), ensuring the quality of the information; • Support the organization of selection processes and the monitoring of area indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn and proactivity; • Availability during business hours (for interns, fulfilling 6 hours per day); • Good communication skills and an interest/enjoyment in speaking with people; • Preferred: prior experience with recruitment and selection; • Preferred: prior experience in R&S consultancy or a marketing agency.
