⢠Execute outbound prospecting, mapping and contacting leads in strategic B2B segments across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person at events); ⢠Execute and manage active cadence sequences; ⢠Qualify and schedule meetings (SALs) with decision-makers and C-levels at large enterprise accounts within long, consultative sales cycles; ⢠Perform account intelligence before each outreach, understanding the lead's context to personalize communication; ⢠Support closers in the pre-discovery: organizing information, collecting strategic account data, and assisting in proposal structuring; ⢠Participate in ABM projects in parallel with outbound prospecting, contributing intelligence and execution; ⢠Attend business events for in-person prospecting when required, with availability for occasional travel.
⢠Proven track record in outbound prospecting with demonstrable results; ⢠Structured methodology for qualification and cadence organization; ⢠Autonomy and discipline to work 100% remotely; ⢠Strong time-management skills and commitment to daily execution routines and targets; ⢠Resilient profile suited for long, consultative sales cycles; ⢠Experience with large accounts and interaction with C-levels - preferred; ⢠Experience with ABM and social selling - preferred; ⢠Familiarity with CRM and cadence automation tools - preferred; ⢠Availability to attend in-person business events when necessary.
