📋 Description
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and contracts related to transactional matters and M&A; • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and internal teams; • Coordinating due diligence processes; • Assisting in the structuring and implementation of corporate reorganizations.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed law degree, preferably graduates from 2022 or 2023. • Advanced/Fluent English. • Previous experience in corporate law and M&A.
