📋 Description

• Handle high-volume labor litigation (large-scale caseload); • Management and oversight of external law firms; • Monitor deadlines and departmental KPIs; • Support in defining legal strategies aligned with company objectives; • Liaise with internal departments such as HR and labor relations.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Previous in-house experience is required; • Strong experience in labor litigation, particularly managing large-volume caseloads; • Organized, analytical, and skilled at managing deadlines. • **Differentials:** • In-depth knowledge of collective and union litigation; • Experience with or exposure to labor union relations; • Experience in large organizations or in the healthcare sector; • Process improvement mindset and experience using metrics/KPIs.
