📋 Description

• The regulatory lawyer will support the day-to-day activities of the department, including: drafting legal filings/pleadings of low, medium and high complexity before ANATEL; • Supporting activities related to the Company's compliance with regulations and laws; • Supporting the management of the case portfolio before regulatory bodies and the judiciary; • Monitoring the Company's cases and the regulatory agenda of telecommunications stakeholders; • Preparing case reports; reviewing regulated contracts; • Supporting the development of new business models; • Drafting responses/comments to public consultations; • Performing preventive and corrective work in the regulatory and consumer protection areas (telecommunications).

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D. or equivalent); • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the area; • Prior experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on regulatory matters; • Postgraduate degree in administrative law or regulatory law is a plus; • Experience with legal management systems/legal software is a plus; • Responsible, self-managed, autonomous, analytical, with a sense of urgency; • Hands-on and proactive approach; • Resilience, commitment, and strong communication skills.
