📋 Description

• Draft and review securities issuance documents; • Structure, review, and negotiate complex transactions, including investment funds; • Draft and review ancillary offering documents and the related guarantees or collateral; • Provide consultative support during the negotiation of transactions and public offerings; • Prepare legal opinions on legal, regulatory and self-regulation aspects of banking and the capital markets; • Support the development of legal solutions that enable business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law (completed); • Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Solid experience in capital markets, with involvement in structured transactions; • Proven experience in structuring investment funds; • In-depth knowledge of banking and capital markets regulation and self-regulation; • Previous experience at banks, law firms, or financial institutions; • Consultative profile with autonomy and the ability to handle complex matters; • Availability to work on-site 2 days per week in the Morumbi area.
