📋 Description
• Handle all aspects of administrative and judicial tax litigation across all jurisdictions and types of taxes. • Draft and manage administrative defenses against notices of assessment involving both indirect and direct taxes. • Oversee case portfolios from publication to case closure, including tracking deadlines and case progress.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Prior experience in tax litigation (administrative and judicial). • Preferred: Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Tax Law or Accounting. • Preferred: Fluency in English.
