📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and managing a strategically aligned federal business development pipeline • Collaborates across internal functional teams to develop qualification artifacts • Manages the federal business development pipeline in accordance with standard operating procedures • Supports capture and proposal managers throughout capture and proposal phases

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of business development experience supporting federal health, readiness, or workforce programs • Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences or related field • Established professional relationships within federal civilian or defense agencies • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, consultants, industry partners, and client stakeholders • Ability to develop and deliver executive‑level presentations on business development strategy
