📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and track the health of each client-assistant pairing • Flag risks early and keep client relationships on track • Lead onboarding sessions, 30-day account reviews, and recurring client check-ins • Advocate for assistants through coaching conversations, feedback loops, and escalation of needs to leadership • Own retention conversations, identify at-risk accounts, and lead win-back efforts • Handle 30+ inbound account requests daily with fast, personalized responses • Maintain detailed HubSpot records for every client interaction • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Engineering on issues beyond direct scope • Carry accounts from onboarding through ongoing milestones • Participate in product and skills training, shadowing, live-call listening, live tickets, and supervised onboarding • Report to Andrea Santisteban

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in account management, account support, or B2B customer success — US accounts strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active client accounts simultaneously without losing thread or detail • Fluent written and verbal English • Reliable night-shift availability (10 PM–7 AM PHT) with documented history of night-shift work • CRM proficiency; HubSpot preferred • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing account risks • Must achieve 80%+ on daily assessments and mock calls to continue training • Zero absences during training, except documented medical emergencies • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10 PM–7 AM PHT
