📋 Description

• Coordinate Content Services vendors to ensure proper execution of service requests • Serve as a point of escalation and resolution for discrepancies and manage request prioritization • Support capacity planning by providing forecast estimates • Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions across Markets • Ensure accurate execution, SLA adherence, and alignment with Nestlé global standards • Review and validate feasibility based on Business inputs • Ensure timely execution of operations and take action when problems arise • Perform quality control checks against briefs and guidelines • Collaborate with production teams and Content Services Accounts to manage workflow and expectations • Educate Markets on standardized templates and GenAI tools • Escalate premium creative needs to IMS leadership • Coordinate projects from planning through implementation, including CGI-related projects • Maintain operational documentation, processes, service catalogs, and briefs • Liaise with the Content Services ecosystem, vendors, Markets, and Content Services Leads • Facilitate weekly vendor operational reviews and track improvement actions through to adherence to service levels • Serve as the central contact between Markets and IMS for issue resolution • Review production outputs for compliance with briefs, usage rights, and brand guidelines • Meet with Business and Market teams to gather demand and ensure Content Services prerequisites • Identify knowledge gaps and propose targeted actions • Run stakeholder and supplier operational reviews to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field • At least 2 years in Content Production Management • Experience working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks • Experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting • Good knowledge of eCommerce and eRetailers environment • Project management skills • Previous agency/media/advertising experience is an advantage • Strong relationship management skills dealing with customers and managing vendors • Workflow Management; knowledge of Sitecore solution is a plus • Experience using Project Management Tools and Performance Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget) • English (advanced level) • Advanced planning ability and relation to quality deliverables • Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatibility • Good understanding of the Production Process • Experience working with Usage Right Document • Understanding of automation/GenAI capabilities and ability to manage market expectations on when to apply them
