• Hold a portfolio of client-assistant pairings • Treat every inbound inquiry with urgency • Run onboarding for new clients and assistants • Own 30-day success check-ins and follow-ups • Take lead on win-back conversations
🎯 Requirements
• Client-facing experience with escalations and account ownership • Strong written and spoken English • Consistent availability for night shift • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
