📋 Description

• Create and publish rental listings on platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, and Facebook • Identify advertising channels and strategies to increase listing visibility and generate qualified rental inquiries • Monitor inquiries, track lead sources and follow-up activity, and recommend listing performance improvements • Help fill 20 vacant apartment units within 30 days • Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule property viewings with the property manager • Follow up with prospective renters through calls, texts, and emails • Coordinate lease renewal outreach and maintain renewal records • Manage and organize the executive’s Gmail inbox • Maintain the executive’s calendar and coordinate appointments • Identify administrative bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements • Determine priorities independently and escalate issues when needed • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to property managers and relevant contacts • Contact prospective and previous plumbing customers for lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and re-engagement • Upload videos and images to social media and professional platforms • Maintain outreach records and follow-up lists • Conduct outbound collections calls • Track collection follow-ups, document outcomes, and escalate unresolved issues • Coordinate with the executive and property manager on tasks, resident communications, and operational priorities • Use available tools and AI solutions to streamline administrative work and improve workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospect outreach, or a related role • Experience creating, publishing, or managing online listings, digital advertisements, or social media content • Experience conducting outbound calls, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments or viewings • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including email management, task tracking, and proactive follow-through • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of results without constant supervision • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam • Backup computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home • Reliable internet connection • Own computer with Intel Core i5 or similar or higher • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Central Time
