📋 Description

• Submit an application with detailed expertise information • Complete a skills assessment and technical evaluation • Join the talent pool if qualified • Get matched with relevant client projects based on skills and availability • Accept projects matching interests and schedule • Recruit technical candidates across technology, software development, IT consulting, financial services, healthcare technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, and gaming/entertainment • Support specializations including software development, DevOps/cloud engineering, data science/AI, cybersecurity, mobile development, blockchain/Web3, gaming, and enterprise software recruitment • Work with clients via Magic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience • Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements • Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates • Proficient in one or more of: PHR certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual capabilities • Availability generally during US business hours, Monday to Friday, though some clients may have unusual business hours • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam • Backup computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
