📋 Description

• Submit an application detailing technical recruitment expertise • Complete a skills assessment and technical evaluation • Join the talent pool if qualified • Match with relevant client projects based on skills and availability • Accept projects matching interests and schedule • Work with clients across technology, software development, IT consulting, financial services, healthcare technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, and gaming/entertainment • Support recruitment specializations including software development, DevOps/cloud engineering, data science/AI, cybersecurity, mobile development, blockchain/Web3, gaming, and enterprise software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience • Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements • Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates • Proficiency in one or more of: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual capabilities • Availability primarily during US business hours, Monday to Friday, with some client schedules having unusual business hours • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam • Backup computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
