📋 Description

• Submit an application detailing technical recruitment expertise • Complete a skills assessment and technical evaluation • Join the talent pool if qualified • Match with client projects based on skills and availability • Accept projects that match interests and schedule • Recruit for clients across technology, software development, IT consulting, financial services, healthcare technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, and gaming/entertainment • Support specializations including software development, DevOps/cloud engineering, data science/AI, cybersecurity, mobile development, blockchain/Web3, gaming, and enterprise software recruitment • Work with clients through Magic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience • Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements • Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates • PHR certification, TRC certification, or related technical recruitment expertise • Experience with recruitment marketing • Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks • Experience with Boolean search techniques • Background in technology or software development • Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing • Multi-lingual capabilities • Availability for client schedules, primarily US business hours Monday to Friday, though some clients may have unusual business hours • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam • Backup computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
