📋 Description
• Provide engineering expertise and guidance in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, and permitting • Oversee all project phases, including scope development, design, materials procurement, and permitting • Work closely with project managers and staff to ensure QA/QC reviews meet standards • Conduct site visits and participate in technical/progress review meetings • Lead, train, develop, and appraise divisional employees • Perform feasibility assessments and make strategic recommendations • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with safety policies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) • At least seven (7) years of related experience • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • Proficiency with CAD and GIS software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS) • Expertise in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting • Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and budget management • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willingness to travel and work extended hours for project assignments and meetings
