• Sourcing and qualifying candidates across Europe using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal tools • Conducting initial screening calls and interviews • Building and maintaining talent pools for active and future roles • Supporting consultants with market research and candidate shortlists • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process • Collaborating closely with our UK and Netherlands teams to fill technology vacancies efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) – essential • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, delivery, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams • Interest in technology recruitment – experience within Data Centre, Cloud, or Software markets is a plus
