📋 Description
• successful candidates will work with a team of Plan Consultants, Case Managers and Senior Administrators, Client Service Representatives and attorneys in providing superior plan services and administration of employee retirement plans • we offer a defined career path and significant opportunities for the right individuals • we have minimal staff turnover and prefer to promote from within the firm
🎯 Requirements
• at least two years of experience in administration, testing, and reporting for balance forward and daily valuation defined contribution plans • experience with New Comparability-type plan designs and/or defined benefit plans is a plus • experience converting plan assets between providers is considered highly desirable • experience with trust accounting and asset reconciliation is preferred • strong accounting skills • ASPPA and/or CEBS designations are a plus • ASC record-keeping software experience will be considered a strong plus • strong planning and organizational skills • ability to adapt to changing priorities • ability to work independently as well as part of a team • strong customer service orientation and communication skills
