📋 Description
• Support client in manufacturing industry as a Recruiter. • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting across 12 locations. • Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills. • Build strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients. • Market, screen and present candidates to job opportunities. • Improve sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipeline. • Exceed client expectations. • Coach and train on recruiting best practices. • Screen and assess candidates accurately.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions. • Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. • Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
