• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions. • Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. • Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
