📋 Description

• Conduct internal investigations into reports and allegations, based on facts and evidence • Assess information, documents and statements, ensuring impartiality • Interview complainants, witnesses and involved parties • Conduct difficult and sensitive conversations and gather relevant facts • Prepare clear, objective, high-quality reports • Document evidence, analyses and conclusions for audit and compliance purposes • Record and track investigations in the Case IQ case management system • Update case statuses, evidence and documentation • Support Compliance, Audit, HR Investigations, Legal Investigations, Code of Conduct and Corporate Ethics processes • Handle sensitive and confidential information • Ensure independence, objectivity, ethics and integrity throughout investigations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields • Knowledge of data protection legislation (LGPD, GDPR), ombudsman functions and legal proceedings • Proven experience in compliance • Fluent English — speaking, writing, reading and comprehension • Fluent Spanish — speaking, writing, reading and comprehension • Prior experience with Case IQ is a plus but not required
