📋 Description

• Investigate reports and allegations received by the company • Conduct fact- and evidence-based investigations • Assess information, documents, and testimonies • Ensure impartiality throughout the investigation process • Interview complainants, witnesses, and involved parties • Handle difficult and sensitive conversations • Ask questions to gather relevant facts • Produce clear, objective, and high-quality investigation reports • Document evidence, analyses, and investigation conclusions • Record cases for audit and compliance purposes • Register and track investigations in the Case IQ case management system • Update case statuses, evidence, and documentation • Support Compliance Audit, HR Investigations, Legal Investigations, Code of Conduct, and Corporate Ethics matters • Handle sensitive and confidential information • Ensure independence and objectivity throughout investigations • Follow strict ethical and integrity standards

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English is essential (interaction with global teams) • Solid prior experience in compliance • Experience handling confidential data • Basic to intermediate Spanish • Critical thinking • Strong problem-solving skills • Resilience • Bachelor’s degree completed • Advanced Spanish • Previous knowledge of the Case IQ system is a plus but not required
