📋 Description

• Reclutamiento y selección de perfiles técnicos y operativos. • Ejecución de reclutamiento masivo con cumplimiento de metas mensuales. • Publicación de vacantes en redes sociales y portales de empleo. • Conducción de entrevistas telefónicas y/o virtuales. • Seguimiento continuo a candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección. • Elaboración y actualización de reportes de reclutamiento.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachillerato concluido. • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en reclutamiento masivo, preferentemente cubriendo perfiles técnicos, operativos o industriales (experiencia en retail u otros sectores de alto volumen será considerada). • Organización, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
