📋 Description

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and lead compensation negotiations when applicable. • Support the mentoring and development of the recruitment team by providing guidance on sourcing strategies for technology-related positions. • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics, while actively participating in market calibration and recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager that are related to the scope of the position. • Source, attract, and recruit technology professionals for roles across Digital, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP, Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, and other IT specialties. • Partner with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess candidates' technical background, professional experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the position. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and niche technology roles, ensuring a proactive approach to future hiring needs. • Stay up to date with technology market trends, emerging technologies, programming languages, certifications, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide market insights to clients and candidates. • Perform talent mapping and market research to support recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions. • Advise Hiring Managers on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruitment timelines for technology positions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of sourcing experience (2-3 years focused on IT roles) • English and Spanish speaking required
