📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings through to offer acceptance • Recruit for a diverse portfolio of blue-collar and white-collar positions • Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment tools • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor • Provide market insights and support hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate closely with sourcing, marketing and HR teams to deliver hiring goals • Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience • Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles • Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with ATS and sourcing platforms (Workday is an advantage) • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously • A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
