📋 Description

• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across several European markets, including Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Estonia. • Drive recruitment delivery for a large-scale hiring program with significant hiring volumes. • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals and timelines are achieved. • Coordinate interview processes, stakeholder communications, candidate management, and offer activities. • Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal processes and hiring standards. • Provide market intelligence and recruitment updates to stakeholders as needed. • Support additional recruitment activities, including screening and assessment processes when required. • Collaborate effectively with international teams, conducting a significant portion of daily work in English. • Successfully manage a high volume of active requisitions while maintaining quality and service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. • Proven track record of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent Polish and English, both verbal and written. • Previous experience working professionally in English. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. • Availability to start immediately or within a maximum two-week notice period. • Ability to obtain a clean criminal record/background check prior to employment. • Willingness to travel to Warsaw, Łódź, or Gdańsk when required for equipment collection or hardware-related support. • Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, customer service, shared services, or corporate environments. • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment programs. • Experience with talent mapping and market research using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools. • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets.
