📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake call to offer stage • Recruit across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux and other EMEA markets • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels • Conduct screening calls, interviews and candidate assessments • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience • Maintain accurate recruitment data and activity within ATS systems

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of recruitment experience in agency, RPO or in-house recruitment • Experience managing or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes • English language skills at minimum B2 level • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition • Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical industry (nice to have) • Experience with Workday ATS (nice to have) • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple European markets (nice to have)
