📋 Description

• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships within Manulife John Hancock Retirement • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate • Align customer objectives with business goals while driving satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability • Utilize consultative selling and industry expertise • Provide exposure to senior stakeholders and complex client environments • Influence retirement readiness strategies • Achieve all annual metrics – retention, customer profitability, and engagement • Learn Manulife John Hancock Retirement products, features, and services and apply as appropriate • Effectively manage internal and external customer relationships and leverage available resources • Exhibit consultative selling and negotiation skills; optimize product features, plan design, and employee retirement readiness • Demonstrate executive presence and subject matter expertise to instill confidence • Follow all company and department-level processes and procedures • Support new sales and market development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License • FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 or 66, State Insurance licensing, or ability to obtain required licenses within 6 months • Experience in retirement, financial services, or institutional relationship management • Proven track record managing strategic or complex customer accounts • Experience influencing senior-level customer and internal stakeholders • Understanding of retirement plan design and employee financial wellness strategies • Ability to develop strategy, set goals, and pivot effectively in dynamic environments • Demonstrated initiative, motivation, accountability, and resilience in a changing environment • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze complex customer relationships and execute against strategic goals • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills • Proven ability to build rapport and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
