• Break down complex customer questions into manageable pieces • Work with engineering and documentation teams to ensure product documentation is accurate • Consistently deliver high-quality support to customers • Aggregate user feedback for actionable next steps • Monitor public GitHub repositories to assist users
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level Mandarin and English fluency • Automotive Sector Expertise • Android Development Proficiency • Depth in Support Engineering or Software Engineering • Comfortable with tools such as GitHub and the command line • Experience working with engineering and product management teams • Experience with geospatial tools • Familiarity with or a desire to learn more about Javascript or iOS(swift)
