• Execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive profitable growth across assigned markets • Identify, develop, and track Hydropower and Renewables project opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with AEC firms, design professionals, contractors, distributors, owners, and public authorities • Partner with Sales Representatives to deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative technical solutions • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies • Provide technical support through client education, jobsite visits, and industry presentations • Expand networks of engineers, contractors, and industry influencers • Represent MAPEI at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy and share insights • Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures • Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical sales within construction materials or a related industry • Strong experience within construction restoration systems or relevant product/market segments • Proven experience working in Hydropower and Renewables construction projects, specifications, and key industry stakeholders • Experience supporting product launches, technical presentations, or specification development preferred • Strong technical aptitude and consultative sales approach • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to travel as needed to support projects, customers, and industry events
