📋 Description
• Ensure data integrity and analyze reports to evaluate and implement action plans • Develop/steward donor relationships and mobilize supporters • Support Senior Executive Director in positioning March of Dimes as a leader in maternal and child health care • Provide direct staff management of the development team • Create mission impact, mobilize supporters, and grow a diversified revenue portfolio • Collaborate with staff to manage fundraising initiatives and drive mission deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 7 years experience • Four year college degree • Experience in managing multiple staff over various functional areas • Experience in a nonprofit environment a plus • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership/management skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Proven track record building internal and external relationships
