• Proactively initiate phone contact with entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their businesses for sale • Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to feed our sales funnel • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to actively contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready • Assist entrepreneurs in planning their futures and provide guidance during the final stages of their entrepreneurial journey • Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and accurately document conversations and activities • Demonstrate self-reliance, take full ownership, and hold yourself accountable for achieving results
• Proven track record working with entrepreneurs • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business owners • Fluent in the local market language and possess a strong professional network/background in the country • Available to work 3–5 days per week • Proactive self-starter able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
