• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and operating model for Da Vinci in partnership with the VP of Product. • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across Commerce Cloud, Retail Cloud, Merchandising Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Unified Platform. • Drive AI strategies across Assistive AI, Agentic AI, Automation, Personalization, Analytics, and Decision Intelligence while building Maropost's long-term AI platform and competitive differentiation. • Lead strategic AI initiatives and a growing team while enabling and influencing product teams through shared frameworks, best practices, and scalable AI capabilities. • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and drive AI adoption through influence as much as authority. • Identify customer pain points and opportunities to deliver AI-powered products and experiences with measurable business outcomes. • Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to translate emerging AI technologies into practical, scalable solutions and own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption. • Establish responsible AI practices and governance standards covering data privacy, compliance, model management, experimentation, monitoring, AI safety, and continuous improvement. • Drive AI adoption across Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. • Evaluate AI platforms and tools, define build-versus-buy strategies, and establish frameworks to measure productivity, efficiency, and business impact. • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, foundation models, agent frameworks, automation platforms, and industry trends. • Continuously benchmark competitors, translate market opportunities into product investments, and define KPIs to measure adoption, customer impact, operational efficiency, and ROI. • Present roadmaps, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Platforms, Enterprise Software, or AI-driven products. • A hands-on, builder mindset - you’re energized by being early, owning strategy, and shipping it yourself, not just directing others. • Experience building or launching AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Copilot, Agentic, or Automation solutions. • Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems including LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration platforms. • Experience working with AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of AI product development lifecycles, experimentation methodologies, and success measurement. • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units. • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable outcomes. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills. • Experience evaluating third-party software and leading build-versus-buy decisions. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
